Our picture shows our new engineer Simon Carter who is based in Sheffield on his first installation which was carried out under the expert guidance of Duplex’s central area BDM, Neil Anthony. The Duplex 340 Steam is shown being used on laminate flooring in a care home after Simon’s expert tuition.
We consider training very important at Duplex, not only for our staff but also for all new customers which is why each Duplex machine is installed and certificated training carried out to ensure new users get the most out of their machine. Well done Simon, a great start!
