Our field service engineers are all in-house Duplex trained and only work on the range of machines we sell. They carry a comprehensive range of spare parts in their vans and we pride ourselves on a 98% first-fix rate.
They are also trained to install new machines and train operators in how to use and care for their new Duplex machine. We believe strongly in the benefits of effective training and carry out certificated installations sessions, which typically last for an hour for groups of anything from two to a dozen people to make sure everyone gets the very best out of their Duplex machine.
