Here’s some of the Duplex team out at The Chestfield Barn for a “scrap dinner”. That may not sound very appetising but what we really mean is the money we receive from the scrap metal we generate as a business goes directly back to staff in the form of a kitty for going out to dinner at local pubs and restaurants occasionally.
Another benefit is to the environment of course because scrap metal is recycled and gets made into more useful stuff so whilst enjoying ourselves, we’re helping to do our bit for the planet.
