Kevin was great, he demonstrated the machine really well and made the session informative and interesting. He talked knowledgably about the various products and explained their benefits without putting over the top pressure on me to make additional purchases-this tactic never works as it puts people off. Everyone at the company from my first contact at The Cleaning Show last March through to the staff at the office as well as Kevin have been on the ball, professional and organised. I really wish all companies were like yours!
