Terms & Conditions

Duplex Cleaning Machines Ltd agrees to undertake regular planned service checks on your machine(s) for a period of 12 to 36 months. The charge covers call out and labour charges only and a free PAT test will also be carried out. The agreement covers only those repairs and service calls outlined in the service schedule.

Any chargeable parts fitted will be discounted at your special PMA 20% discount (if not covered under warranty).

Only Duplex authorised technical engineers are to carry out repairs to the machine(s) covered under this agreement. Any repair carried out by unauthorised personnel will invalidate the agreement. Prior to each service, the engineer will telephone to arrange a suitable time for the service to be carried out.
