I am writing to you to give you a reference for the Duplex machine. We were using two of those machines four years ago almost daily on all the floors and carpets here at Oriel in Maidenbower. Since then I have not found such a universal, efficient, long lasting, strong built, easy to operate and reliable machine. We have bought a new one again just last week. It was put into action straight away and lot of the work was accomplished. I mostly appreciate the steamer. It cleans most of the dirt even without use of chemicals and can reach the edges too. The size of the machine is ideal to use around and underneath tables when the carpet marks need to be cleaned. I give this make and model of machine 9 out of 10.
I have to mention as well that DUPLEX training by Barry was very professional, thoroughly performed and highly effective.
