Thanks for sending through the PDF manual yesterday and for passing on this information. I’d separately sent the same question to Duplex UK earlier and Kevin also confirmed the same, so thanks go to all on that front as well, excellent customer service.
It’s good to know that the machine has been well thought out in this regard; using distilled water instead of tap will make maintenance an awful lot easier. Since Kevin’s earlier answer I went ahead and filled our EVO with the DI water and put it into service. We’ve been super-impressed with it so far and have no regrets about paying the little extra to get ourselves such a nice machine.
