Back to Base Servicing
Although we can’t visit customer’s premises at this difficult time due to Coronavirus to carry out routine servicing and repairs we are still able to offer a “back to base” option.
We collect your machine via our carriers and have it brought back to our Whitstable workshop where a quote is prepared and if accepted, the machine serviced/repaired and returned to you again via carriers thus avoiding the need for any close interaction.
You can then continue with the very important task of cleaning and sanitising which is more vital now than ever. Don’t forget, steam is highly effective in infection-control and deep-cleaning regimes.
